SR uses Australia Post postal service which offers tracking on all orders.
Allow 1-3 days to process your order and 3-5+ business days to receive your item.
New Zealand and International = Flat rate of $30 for small items (clothing) and $50 for larger items (jackets/wetsuits). Customs charges such as taxes and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.
SR are not liable for lost or damaged parcels. Once your item has left SR head office, has been processed and lodged by Australia Post or other supplier and tracking number has been provided, it is out of our control.
